Welcome to the Bike Valet! I'm Alec, founder of the Bellingham Bike Valet! I am a lifelong cyclist and Washingtonian, and after working closely with event organizers in my professional life, realized that bike parking was a need that was not being met.

Since launching the Bike Valet in 2022, we have partnered with 150+ community events to bring accessible, free, and secure bike parking to the Whatcom County community. Since then, we've parked over 10,000 bikes, and are proud to be at more events than ever in 2026!

As a cyclist, using the Bike Valet is easy. Simply ride up, give us your phone number, and you'll get a text with all the details you need to know. We'll remind you what time the Bike Valet closes, so you can enjoy the event while we keep a watchful eye on your ride. When you're ready to pick up your bike, just show us your text message.
